A 50% deposit is REQUIRED to secure a session, this will be applied to your total session cost and can be paid by credit/debit card, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Google Pay.

Your session WILL NOT be approved until the deposit is received. The outstanding balance is payable upon arrival and can be settled either in cash or through any of the virtual payment methods listed above.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests are applicable if made within 72 hours.

  • Files or media will not be released until the full payment is received.

  • We will pursue legal action for any credit card fraud or chargebacks.

Yanick “Muddigold” St. Juste, is a multifaceted music producer, composer, and visionary with over two decades of experience in the industry. We pride ourselves on great customer service and flexibility. Often times another session is scheduled immediately following yours. Therefore, please arrive no more 15 minutes early and depart the studio within 15 mins following your session. If you need more time, we will try to accommodate. If the additional time is approved, you will be billed hourly at the standard rate for the remaining hours.

Rules To Abide By.

  • 1. Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

    Cancellations or reschedules are possible if the session is more than 72 hours (3 days) away. If the session is less than a full 72 hours (3 days) away, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule. Once a cancellation request has been made, please allow up to 24 hours for processing your refund, and 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    2. My session is less than 72 hours (3 days) away and I need to cancel or reschedule. Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for sessions that are less than 72 hours (3 days) away.

    Click the ‘reschedule’ or ‘cancel’ link in the confirmation email you received. If you cannot find the email, reach out to us either through email at 10grandloft@gmail.com.

    3. I’m going to be late to my session. Can we push it back?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to move session times. Sessions must be attended as booked. Please arrive on time to avoid missing any of your session’s time slot. The full payment will be due at the session regardless of whether you are late.

    5. I’m going to be late to my session. Can I pay less?

    The full balance is due for all sessions. Session files can only be sent once the remaining 50% balance is paid in full.

    6. I’m going to be late to my session but I will be there. Will the engineer still be there?

    Reach out to Muddigold and let them know you will be late, and they will be there. If a client is 1 or more hours late and does not contact us your session will be subject to cancellation without refund.

  • Responsibility for Damages

    Clients are responsible for any damages to the property, its contents, or surrounding areas caused by themselves or their guests during their stay. This includes but is not limited to damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, and any additional property assets.

    By booking and occupying the property, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Client Responsibility for Damages Policy.

  • All guests must be at least 18+ unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. You may bring 4 guests free of charge. Additional guests will need to pay their fare upon arrival at the studio or they will not be permited.

  • A smoking fee is permissible; however, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied at the time of booking.

    1. The 50% deposit you pay to book is applied to the total cost of your session.

    2. Your session begins at the time YOU booked not after. You are responsible for paying the slot time that you reserved, regardless of what time you arrive.
